Nandex thanked MVIL for coming on as a minor sponsor.

Motor Vehicle Insurance Limited (MVIL) has given a K20, 000 sponsorship to the Ox & Palm Eight-Man Kickboxing Tournament which will be held on March 21.

MVIL Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Joe Wemin, is adamant that the sport will drive the ‘don’t drink and drive’ message. He said MVIL was happy to be associated with kickboxing to promote the message of road safety and presented a check of K20, 000 to the Papua New Guinea (PNG) and Pacific Kickboxing Association (PNG/PKA) president, Stanley “The Headhunter” Nandex.

Nandex, when receiving the check, thanked MVIL for coming on board as a minor sponsor. He said without proper support from the community, such events would not be possible.

He said the association would do everything it could to promote MVIL’s message of road safety.
