WNB Karate calling for support

West New Britain’s (WNB) Karate team for the Papua New Guinea (PNG) Grassroots Games is calling for support. Team coach, Nick Mou Ngasele wants the WNB Provincial Government and companies to rally behind Karate as they prepare for the games in November.

This comes after the team’s success in the 23rd PNGKF National Championships held on July 7 at the Salvation Army Hall in Boroko which saw the selection of a Development Team for the 2015 Pacific Games to be hosted in the country.

Ernest Nuli was selected in the 55kg point contact category while his coach and fellow Karatekas, Nick Mou Ngasele and Alois Masusulu were selected for the full contact category.
